This morning coming back down from the Bay Area on I-5 an RSX woofs by us. I was just crusin' at that point but I was pretty bored and in an attempt to halt the annoying 'go faster, go faster' comments from my girlfriend I decided to go after him. So I went down into 5th and caught up behind him (he had at least exhaust on it). Shifted to 6th and stayed behind him a while at 100-110mph. I am never lucky and I didn't want to push it (especially coming out of this Memorial Day weekend), so I slowed a bit. He came up on some traffic which is when I thought "but I can't let him think I can't catch up and pass!" So back behind him I shift to 5th again I wait for a chance to pass and then nail it. Passed him up pretty good with the engine screaming ~6000rpm (was watching the tach, not the speedo so I don't know how fast we were going). I didn't stay in front very long because we were going 110+, probably up to 120mph, and that's just not cool. So I let him go and shut it down. There was also a Corvette shadowing us by then so off they went. GOOD THING I SLOWED... here was my lucky break. Not more than 30 seconds later I see a CHP who was helping someone by the road jump into the lanes and take off! Sure enough about 2 miles later, there he is with the Blue RSX-S pulled over. I kinda felt bad for egging him on... he must have thought I have a radar detector or something! Whew I am lucky!

Nice....I do that all the time when im driving up to San Francisco in my CL since it does get pretty boring when your on a 5-6 hour drive. The CHP always scares me cause they come out of no where. I just up sf this memorial weekend, got back on sunday night.
