Looks like these guys, Rawtek, can make some really nice custom exhausts. I'm sure they'd be up for the task of making some long tube headers. They already have a very nicely designed J-Pipe.....unfortunately it looks like it attaches to the stock mani. They have 3.7 J-Pipes too....

Too bad they are on the other side of the continent from me!

Here is the link to some of their builds.....3.2 and 3.7 are here....

I know, but I read through the 6+ months of threads only to be disappointed that they're not finished yet. I want some NOW!

Looks real good IMO, everything they made looks real good! I wish I were closer to them so I could go drop my car off to have them make real kit for us. I bet they'd do an awesome job and fast!

Jcharged is getting equal length headers made. All the aftermarket headers are not equal length(dc, ct, generics, etc.) The only equal length are custom made. A nice gain by going equal length.

Any pic of the Jcharged equal length headers?

How much more equal are they going to be, the Comptech, XS and DC's are equal length. Or you do you mean long tube headers?

^ dc sport headers won't fit because there is no jog in the pipe like the comptech headers had so it hits the rear mount. One other member shaved down the mounting bracket so they would fit and it worked for him.

There are no pictures of the jcharged headers because they are still being developed

Arent you talking about the bend as seen in these pictures?

These are XS manis that fit the 6 spd....look like they have the same bend.

I'm pretty sure the non-bent manifold that does not clear the mount looks like this....the old comptech design

AM I MISTAKEN HERE?

The DC sport headers do not have enough of a bend for them to fit. Members have tried and they do not for people with 6 speeds because of the rear mount. If you look at the xs headers there is more bend to them then the dc sport headers have.

Hi, im from montreal, quebec the same city as rawtek. I went there 4 years ago to install my magnaflow mufflers on my 3.2 cls6. They did a VERY good job and these guys are very professionnal and use high quality materials. However, the price is not cheap or expansive but FAIR. They are very well known on the local forum montrealracing.com .
