someone correct me if i'm wrong please...

but do the tl's have the same off-set as the cl and cl-s? if so, can the aftermarket rims that fit the tl also fit a cl-s? or, because the cl-s has a different suspension set up, are they not interchangable? thanks!

Stock TL rims fit the CL-S as I have snow tires on them on my car. Don't know as I 'd take that any rim would fit. There is about 1/4 inch clearance on the brakes.

Yea, I’m pretty sure they fit.

I have snow tires mounted on mine and I have been driving on them for the last 2-months.
