yeah, i know that shop over there... my friend works there, and they charge a lot, but the quality is awesome, can't beat anywhere here in state college....

A good shop will remove your bumper and patch it from behind, then they'll do the front by filling and sanding. When it's back to smooth and perfect a repaint should fix you up pretty good. All those sand and stone hits will be gone too.
