When you are backing up? If so it is the wear indicators making themselves known. If it just started you can probably get another 5,000 miles out of them. Mine started making noise at about 59,000 miles.

oooh yea! hmmm i have a inspection coming up i hope they pass. Did you have to replace the pads or the rotors as well?

At 63,000 and have not replaced yet. Local wrench says when pads are replaced the rotors will need turning because they are glazed and blue. Wounder what I did to cause that?
