simple question about the alarm

I was wondering if the blinking anti theft light on the stock bose radio was normal. The small red light is blinking even though the doors are not locked. If someone could please help me with this simple question I would greatly appreciate it.

Anytime you take the key out of the ignition, the red light will start to blink. IOW, it's normal.

The blinking light on the radio is not the alarm. That indicates it's an anti-theft radio. So people won't break into the car to get it.

There is a light on the driver's side door lock button that blinks when the car alarm is activated.
