Noticed recently that my side mirrors are no longer working. Not just the tilt in reverse, but they're not functioning at all when I use the mirror controls. Yes, the switch is in the middle I did some searching on this topic. Also, around the same time I noticed my passenger's side seat does not move back and forth, yet still reclines.

I'm thinking these two problems are related? They stopped working at the same time. Could it be as simple as a blown fuse? Some help or suggestions would be much appreciated

Check fuses yet?

Check No. 4 (7.5 A) under the dash on the driver's side, and go ahead and look at the fuses under the passenger's side of the dash...Nos. 5 and 11.

Do the memory seat buttons have any lights on them?

You can get memory system-related DTC's out of the blinking lights on the memory seat panel...
