I can't tell what color your car is, but regardless I would probably repaint. I don't think CF hoods look right on our CL's, for whatever reason. Our CL's IMO lean more towards luxury than sport, and a CF hood is more sporty. If you absolutely insist on getting a CF hood, definitely get a VIS Racing one. I have put other brands on my previous cars and always had some kind of fitment issues.

But thats the thing.. If I can have something for a little more that is a little better and a little more resistant to flexing and dents... well then i'm going for it.
And my CL is NBP so yeah I dont think that its going to really stand out that much.

ViS carbon fiber on NBP = teh sex
I haven't heard one good thing about Carbon EFX. Hood's too short, doesn't fit, doesn't close.
But eh, you take the chance of buying something that may not fit. There's always 1 bad seed out of a thousand...
so do it!

Gonna cost to catch up
I think the cf hood look sexy on the right CL' and would spend a lil more money and get the VIS. You will most likely have to use hoodpins which kind of gives it a look IMO though..

I have a VIS CF hood on my NBP and it got chipped on both ends badly during shipment. and its fading color on the passanger side, don't know why. maybe cuz of the heat. ever since i drove the car from seattle to nyc and then back after two weeks (6000 miles round trip)i guess the hot running engine non stop for 2 days each way fucked it up. i am gettin it painted to match the car color. and i have sparco hood pins on there but it just seems like they ruin the look of the car. i feel like i have a civic when i look at them.

lol not my ride; that was shinybluecls's car. I think the stock hood is something like 40-50 lb. versus the cf hood which is less than 20?
don't quote me on that, but the stock hood feels heavy.
