Short Ram vs. CAI vs. Icebox
I noticed that AEM has a short ram available for the Type S (6) and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them? I'm looking to put a new intake on my car but not sure which way to go.
AEM's dyno's show the short ram as being virtually identical in hp and torque as their CAI. I do miss the sound of the CAI I had on my '01 but at the same time I didn't always like annoucing my presence when I floored it.
Any opinions/recommendations are greatly appreciated.
Thanks
