service @ Rallye Acura?

I need to get a new tranny for our 2.2CL because it keeps popping out of 5th. Is the service at Rallye Acura in Roslyn, NY any good? I noticed they're Acura Precision Team certified... not sure if that means anything though.

Anybody have any experience with them?

Thanks!

Well, I'm moving downstate, which is why I'd be making the trip over there.

Any other experiences or recommendations with other dealers in the area?

When you move downstate, will u be living close to Northern Jersey? If you do, goto Park Ave Acura. Their service is very respectable.

I bought my car from Rallye Acura, but I go to Park Avenue Acura in Maywood, NJ. Those guys are great! I'm getting my Comptech springs installed by them this weekend. I would definitely get my work done by them and I would also buy my next car from them!

See Wayne Gruen.

Ok, so I guess the next question is... is it worth the extra driving to trek over to Jersey from Queens instead of driving to Rallye in Roslyn?

Thanks!

RidingLow,
It's definetely worth the extra drive from Queens to Park Ave.Acura. Rallye Acura is not ok for for even small work.

SCOOTER,

I am always very nice with Mike and Ken. But being nice with them does not work. I put the bumper replacement charge in dispute with my credit card bank. Maybe that will work.

SCOOTER,

Park Ave. Acura is about 1 hour's drive from my house on a good day. I will consider Park Ave. Acura for major work. Any good Acura service dealers on LI? Ken at Rallye Acura is not returning my calls nor answers my e mails.
