Seatbelt Retractor help

can someone tell me why my seatbelt never fully retracts by itself unless i totally guide it in the whole way? its really a pain in the ass especially when im in a hurry and then end up closing the door with the belt dangling out the bottom.

is there a way to fix this?

I'm taking my CL-S to the shop tomorrow to have several warranty items "fixed." This seatbelt issue is one of them. I'm not getting my hopes up too high.

I will post a report later on this issue, and others that I have, such as moonroof rattles.

Acura of Memphis has ordered a seatbelt assembley which will be put on at 7500 miles in about a month. Don't think it will help; all my hondas did the same; but this is very irritating for a vehicle of this quality. Plus, I can't imagine the company that can refine V tec to an art and produce the s2000 can't design a seatbelt retractor. WEIRD
