Not sure which lower seat side or Acura car model you need; however, if you are not prepared to pay up to over $500 for new OEM, then the best bet is to monitor your local salvage yard(s) (car-part.com) for one to come in.
Depending on condition, you may score big, like @Thefireball recently.
IIRC'ly, he copped both of those seats.

Well I copped one. My girl copped the other. I got driver side, since the corner on mine has a big ol' hole in it.

What's the overall condition of the seat bottom(s) foam on the seat(s) you / your girl are replacing?
Maybe asb32952 can purchase one and offset your salvage yard cost?

I'd say the foam is probably fine. It's the leather being torn that's an issue in my car. Even the dash has a tear that's getting longer and longer. I really do not want to take that dash out again.
Not sure what I'll do with my seats when they're out, but that's an option if they're interested.
