scratch rims club

yep, I finally scratched my front rim... parked too close to the curb.
the god damn OEM rims are poorly designed, they should not be sticking out outward so much.
My question: are there places that fix scratches on rims (perhaps not 100% solution, but at least make it less obvious). Or its cheaper to buy a new rim?

you can just sand down the entire rim yourself and apply your own clear coat.

There are places that you can send your rim to. Look in the back of Car and Driver. Set you back $100.

Re: scratch rims club

I paid a company here in NJ that does it, came right to me did it in the trailer they tow around. Took about a hour for each wheel.

PM me and I will send you the info

I went to this place every one is creaming about here in MD...oley or something like that...
If they will polish your rim... it wont match your other 3 so you would have to re-polish all 4 wheels...
Guy showed me ...new polished wheel looks a lot shinier!!!!
So total will be like 400…

This place grinds the rim, fills in the bad spots, and primes, paints, and clearcoats the rim
