Saw myself a wrecked IS300 yesterday....

Completely wrecked on 355 going South in the afternoon. Looked like it was hit by a semi. I don't think anyone was hurt, but it was good to see that POS Corolla smashed up.

That's just sick. How do you know somebody wasn't hurt? Did you see a big sign saying "don't worry-nobody was hurt?"
Somebody could have been dead for all you know. Go to hell.

The reason I'm driving my new CL-S now is because I totaled my BMW 328is. It was a front end collision...and let me tell you it was scary. I was lucky to walk away from it with only a few scrapes and bruises. Everyone was surprised too. People take for granted all the safety devices built into all these cars until something happens. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the BMW. I just hope the Acura can do the same.

Wear your seatbelt! It saved my life, it'll save yours too.

I live in split level comtemporary home and have always hated Victorian styles. The other day I saw a Victorian style burnt to the ground. I don't think anyone was hurt because the family was standing outside in their pajamas crying as the last smoldering embers were being put out. But it was fun to see that crappy old Victorian burnt to a crisp!

(The foregoing illustrates how bad the lead post in this thread sounds. Warning: be careful what you gloat over.)

Geez...what a crowd. The way I knew no one was hurt was because there was 1 (one) cop on the scene. All the drivers were out of the cars and were talking to the cop.

Misfortunes? I think thats why we all pay something called 'insurance'.

it's not that funny... especially since my friend got into an accident with his IS300. the car in front of him rear-ended the car in front of it. my friend stopped in time, but the car behind him didn't stop causing a four car collision. the person who hit him was knocked unconscious. my friend's shoulder is messed up and his car is wrecked.

btw, if a car was hit by a semi, i don't see how the driver in the car could not make it out without having some injury.

I guess this is starting to be like one of those things where someone says something in someones ear and they pass it along and by the end it turns out to be something completely different.

The car was NOT hit by a semi (please re-read the original post). It must be a Monday thing. Anyways heres my sympathy:

"The guy was probably going too fast for that car and lost control and smashed into the sidewall. Poor guy! Poor Poor Poor guy!"
