my friend says he's going to get one and burn me...i have a cl-s with cai and pulleys. will he really kick my ass? i've been trying to find the specs and performance info on one but i seriously can't find any anywhere. plus, i think those things look hideous. well, please help me out...thanks.

from the data i have obtained..that saab has 2.3 liter 4 cylinders engine... 230 HP..with manual transmission...0~60 miles in about 6.5 seconds..which is pretty close to our cls..u might need to take extra caution while u are racing with him..good luck buddy and that car is not cheap..from basic price of $35000 to$45000 the convertible model

Ok, here is the best thing to do. A Viggen will jump on you and it will be even or a few feet ahead at 60mph. But the quarter time on a 9-3 Viggen is the same as a Cl-P. So if you race one race it to 100mph and you will def take it. To 60 it will be close. But he is an idiot to think he will kill you so put that moron in his place and post it under my favorite forum. wow, i was just about to ask this....i met a kid at my school last week who has one, i saw him pull hard behind me on my way to school, but i seemed to be able to pull away. in the lot, i was talking to him, and he said he's pushing 300. w/chip, & wastgate.
oh he said he paid 75000can. for the conv. imo he got jipped.

Plus, the manual on the Viggen sucks and I bet that a normal driver on a single given situation will never be able to hit the best times quoted for that car. I know the new ones progressively let power on at full throttle b/c the torque steer is uncontrollable. About 6 months ago they were literally giving these things away with massive dealer incentives.
