someone posted something like this like a couple days ago.

but i heard about a year ago that this would eventually happen, even to the honda lineup and toyota, considering most makes (daimchry and ford esp.) are going to make their cars rwd in the near future...with the chrysler lh cars and so forth using benz parts in the very near future, it's a strong possibility. and i heard the taurus is going rwd too in the near future, probably to share parts with like one of the gazillion companies under ford.

 

That was me. Some friends at Nitto Tires said that the RWD was in development at Honda NA but they didn't know if it was for the CL or another car.
