Md & Nova area members who use Rosenthal for service whats going on over there. It seems like everytime I call over there one of the service reps is no longer working there. I dont know if they quit or they have been replaced. I lost Ginny, she took care of me. Got new rear speakers, new sunroof, new brakes ...... Last night I called and Paul was gone. Anyone else loose there service reps?

Andy has been there for years and is still there but I prefer to use Valerie Pannetta. I don't think she is going anywhere and she is always helpful.

I dont know who Valerie is but Ileene has been there for as long as I've been getting service there.
