I got what seems like zillions of rock chips on the front of my car. Its due to the fact that I like to take the expressway everyday, and I can't seem to stop riding everyones tail. I know a clear bra would have prevented this, but now that the damage is done, I am stuck with this problem. I tried using the touch up paint but its extremely difficult to use right, and I want a better solution for the entire front. any suggestions? anyway to fix this with out re painting the entire front bumper? Any place that does this kindda work in the chicagoland area?


oh, and whatever happened to that recent accord 6spd vs cls 6spd thread? can't find it anywhere, was it deleted?

if you have a lot of them there's no way of repairing it but really painting the whole thing. you could have a body shop paint certain spots and blend but that never looks quite right if you have to do a lot of spots.

just chock up th dough and repaint the whole thing ... next get a an acura leather bras and keep it on.

I'd rather have the rock chips than an ugly Acura bra! YMMV

just get the clear bra after the paint job....thats on my list
