rh evo c5

hey guys,

i just had a question. i found some guy in san diego and he wants to sell his rh evo c5 3 piece to me. there are 2 18x8 and 2 18x8.5. the offsets on those wheels are 5x114, 5x100, 4x114, and 4x100. i'm clueless when it comes to wheels. i have the comptech springs, and i talked to the people at racinghart and they said that the 8.5 would stick out. he is asking 1500 obo. what do you guys think? oh yeah, comes with 3 falken tires. any suggestions on what i should do? or should i just go with 19" 7.5s? thanks

i have the rh evo c5, and they do not come in 3 piece. if they do come in the three piece with the rivets along the wheel lip, then those are just Racing Hart, not evo's. check to make sure the info is correct so you dont get ripped off. the evos should be cheaper than the Racing Hart because they are only 1 piece. hope this helped.

I thought the RH Evo line only made 18's in 7.5" only with +42 offset. These wheels sound kind of fishy, you'd better take a good look at them.

Those aren't offsets, those are bolt patterns. The CLS requires a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. The stock offset is 55. The offset for those wheels are probably around 42, which may cause rubbing depending on tire selection, suspension factors, etc.

brado, i'm pretty sure they are the evos. i talked to a racinghart rep and she said that they stopped making the 3 piece evos. but yeah, i think they still sell them in japan. i'm not too sure what i'm going to do, doesn't sound too legit after hearing your guys' opinions. anybody else? who had the aegean cl-s with tl kit and 19" c5's?

I don't think you understood what brado was saying... the product line RH ONLY makes 3-piece rims, and the Racing Hart Evo's ONLY make 1-piece rims. Even though they both begin with "Racing Hart" doesn't mean they're the same thing. There's never been such thing as a 3-piece evo... that just contradicts itself.

and to answer ur question of who has the aegean cl-s with the tl kit and 19" c5's is "CLS2001_97124"
