Review: OBX Headers Installation/Dyno Shop at Wangs' Autosport in Pelham, NH (Pics)
Guys, I promised to do a full review for the OBX Headers Installation/Dyno Shop, Wang's Auto Sports in Pelham, NH.
First, Mr. Gary Wang is a seasoned drag tuner and drag racer. I saw him to the first time at the Import Wars at the NED. You can find his web site her: http://www.wangsautosports.com/home.asp
Wang's Autosports boast as a Honda Acura Race Technology Provider:
I scheduled to install the OBX headers on the 09/11/02. I arrived at his shop in Pelham, NH at 9:45 AM.
When I arrived I immidiately went to the service and dyno bay where the dyno is installed, the good thing it's a Dyno jet:
Upon arrival, Wang was busy hooking up an 86' 4-Cylinder Turbo Porshe on the Dyno:
Hmmm 4-Cylinder and a Factory Turbo seems Interesting:
This trubo needs a big ass fan to feed it some air, it looks big but is not that powerful

While Wang's busy I looked around to see:
What?!! Only One Engine?!!!....
Ok.... Enough of that junk...So what about Wangs' Office?:
Waiting Area?:
Cool Huh? What about this Flat LCD ???... It's to watch your Dyno Graphs while waiting in the waiting area:
Where is the cool aftermarket parts?:
Hay wait a sec you mentioned Wangs is Drag Tuner, Where is his ride?:
Interior Pics, Please?
Engine Bay.... ?
Okay... what happend to that Dyno Machine:?
Did the Porsche Guy Dynoed?:
Did he use A/F Metering?:
Was he secured enough?:
Where is the Shop Dyno Monitor, can I see it?
...while dynoing, please? [He ran 220 WHP with a very rich mix]:
WTH? Where is your CLS Baseline Dyno?
Okay... You had dynoed... Now the time for the Tech Talk that the OBX header would give you a max of 5-10 WHP....
No BS... It would be only 5-10 WHP

The car feels just smooth,... the down side... I just filled up 16.8 Galons for 295 Miles... Do the math...but that is Okay I was testing my new headers
Only the 1/4 mile track will tel how much faster my car is now ...
But it feel fast and pulls all the way to red-line (linearly acceleration with no dyning on top) in the 3rd and top around 110 MPH....
Today is fabulous day.... now 62 HI is in low 70 , blues skies... Rel Humidity is 70%!
