Reputable Shop in NJ
Hey guys, im looking for a good reputable shop in North Jersey to install some mods. I dont really know any shops other than those crappy places on rt. 46 that i dont trust. So i need to know where other North jerzy members took their cars. need a shop asap.

I dunno how many times this must be repeated but search for "The Lab" In Fort Lee, NJ. A guy by the name of Jae runs the shop.
Judging by the info you have listed you want to either do a 6 speed swap or install headers. Headers are a piece of cake and if you are SERIOUS about doing the manual swap, he has done probably over a dozen swaps by now.

Yea, i know sorry for the repost. i know i posted a similar thread a few months ago. But im ready with all my money now and need to do a few mods to the car, cuz im keeping it till at least next fall. I also wanted to talk to someone at a shop about doin the 6spd swap and their opinion on it.
I also have some thinkin to do...Cuz i can either
A. Do the swap now along with a 3.5 build.
or
B. Save some more money and buy an 06' Evo MR next fall.
I luv my CL, its my first car and i never saw myself getting rid of it, but cant help but thinkin that doin a 6spd swap and keeping a 6year old car is stupid, when i can get a pretty new 2 year old Evo. Im already lookin into Evo's and it seems like i can get an 06' MR for between 23-25K. And doin a 6spd swap and 3.5 build with some mods is gonna run me around 10K. I have 15K saved up and I have some thinkin to do...
