Replaced both L. & R. Half Shafts and Car still vibrates
I got my car serviced, they diagnosed the problem as being my passenger side axle and replaced the half shafts on both sides. However my car still feels the same. One of the techs stated if I raised my passenger side 1/4-1/2 inch the problem should go away.
This was never a problem for about 2 months. I did address the mounts but they stated that was not the problem.
Anyone got any input on this? This might end up delaying my Supercharge install cuz I don't want to have more power and the car drive like shit.

Honestly, I'd put the car back to stock height with stock springs & shocks. Put the stock sways on, then go from there.
I know of a few cars that when you lower it you get all sorts of virbrations. Lifting the tranny & engine mounts gets rid of the vibration. I know there's a ton of lowered CL's that don't have a problem, but if the suspension is stock you can then add stuff & see if it adds the vibration.
At this point you have tried everything it could be. With the exception of a defective axle shaft, there's nothing left that it could be.

The only thing that they serviced were the half shafts on passenger and drivers side. You can tell the vibration is coming from the passengers side and they stated if I raise the car 1/2 inch the problem should go away. I'll try when I get home later but my car was slammed low for 2+ months and it was fine.

You forgot to mention it only happens when you accelerate.
I think its the mounts. When I talked to Jason last night he said he thought he saw some fluid leaking from the mounts which made me think even more that it could be causing your problem.

Here's a dumb question, but did you check if the tires are balanced and for irregular tire wear? I don't know if you used any kits, but lowering the car causes your camber to be offset and wear your tires unevenly. You said it was fine for two months before, but it may have gotten to a bad point now and it just happened to be after being serviced. I doubt the dealership would have overlooked that though!
My car has a slight vibration since the last tranny replacement and I had the left axle replaced with the tranny and they used a torch to heat the bolts.
I don't know if Acura phucked up a bushing with the torch or not and now the right one is clicking, so I am not sure if it is the old axle or the replaced one... All in all, I am going to change my front left rotor (maybe the vibration cause) before anything, since I replaced all of them but that one, because the set screws were stripped and my drill battery shit the bed.
I haven't really driven it enough since then to be bothered by it, but it's cold out now and I won't be riding my GSXR much longer. Glad the gas prices have dropped so much before the cold set in for the year... Saved so much with the bike!
