You usually find pre put together kits with all the parts you need on eBay for a good price. Just search for: timing belt acura cl and you'll find plenty of them.

www.oemacuraparts.com or www.acuraoemparts.com have done good for me. Just compare the two. My power steering pump was alot cheaper from one of them and didn't have a core charge. Good luck.
