Removing the rear Shocks/Springs

I'm trying to pull the rear springs and shocks out so I can mount my hydraulic cylinders, but it's not as easy as I thought. I'm having trouble accessing the upper mounting bolts. Do I have to pull out the back seat? If so, are those bolts on the rear deck near the speakers the ones I have to undo? They're a pain to get at. Only thing I could use was an open end wrench. I thought I'd see if any of you know how to do this so I don't waist any more time. Thank you. BTW, it's a 2001 CL if that helps.

YOU FOR SURE NEED TO TAKE OUT THE BACK SEAT. THERS NO WAY AROUND IT. YOU WILL BE OK WITH THAT.
