so at this point, by the time i get one, it's gonna b like a year or longer since the ticket...what r the chances the cop's gonna show??? i already hired a lawyer who said when things progress, contact him...ticket was 87 in a 55 but im fighting it cuz it wasn't me...i was driving with the flow of traffic in the right lane at the time

and it was less than a month til my 25th b-day if that means anything

i have 6 pending . June 9th and then i went to my court date a couple of months ago and they said come back in 8 months

In California, if they take longer then a year to send you the info the ticket is voided.

I got one a few years back doing 80 in a 55 on I95 in one of the small towns in Westchester. It took them 11 months before I actually got my court date in the mail. I was hoping they forgot about me, but unfortunately they remembered
