Recommend battery for my 01cls!!!
Hi guys...
When i got 45k miles service, the dealer recommended change a battery.
The reason is the voltage is too low.
Recently, i heard that low battery voltage can be caused irregular fuel
consuming. So, i decided to change batterty.
Please, recommend a best battert for me!!
I didn't tuned any audio sys and just use a detector.
Thanks!!

I was told the same thing by my dealer, but the battery worked fine for one year after they told me. Then I had to change it (not because it died), because dealer basicaly forced me to change it because they were not gonna do the warranty work on my car and I did not have time to waste for another appointnement...
they charged me $140.... I should've just gotten Die Hard for $80 ....
I think its bunch of crap that your car will not work right because battery voltage is low..... I suppose theoretically its possible, but its unliekly ... (alternator still generates voltage).
In my previous cars I always waited for battery to die before getting a new one.... nothing happened to those cars, and I doubt you will have any damage to this one...
