Rattles in your dash above instrument cluster?

Have you heard an intermittent buzzing in the dash right above the gauges? If so, look to the underside of the overhang. See those two phillips screws up there? Tighten them.

No more rattles.

OH MY GOSH!!!
u actually found it?
i GOTTA try that...

yes, i notice something rattles when i cruise on a slightly bumpy road... and it seems to come from the gauge cluster.
i'd grab and hold on to the instrument panel, and it seems to go away...

tighten the screws eh? yes, why didn't i think of that before....

I'm part bat and hear EVERYTHING in my car using highly evolved, reflective radar. Anyone looking to experience rattle-free bliss in a CL, ask me for a ride.

Lemme just add one little thing to this topic! I've had intermittent dash rattles for awhile now. When I was tightening those two screws yesterday I noticed they were already pretty tight - I probably only got them 1/8 of a turn tighter. I get in my car to test this out and the rattles were 10 times worse!!!!!. So I actually loosened those screws a bit and that worked as well! Go fig!
