Mergine onto Rt 78 north of Allentown there is one of those red and green lights. How do those thigns work? When the light turns green am I supposed to gun it to make the hole in traffic? When it turns green sometimes I get up to traffic and there's no space. Or it stays red with nobody around. What the heck is that thing supposed to do?

Scorpiusu ever get near reading,pa?there is one of the phatest cls over here, the guy is like a god here n really into cars. its black with platinum tint and dronnel wheels i think, keep a look out 4 that thing, its baadddd
