okay. if i pull out my key and everything, my radio won't turn off like normal. i have to manually push the off button for it to shut down. i have a stock 6 disk. how weirddd. help me out. its not a big deal, i just don't want to forget one day and run out of battery.

do you have a power inverter hooked up to the car ?

sounds like you might have your 12v wire and accessory wire flipped.

No if it's the stock deck that would not be the problem.

Have you had any electrical work done?

You ignition switch may be bad.

Damn I wish that happened to me. There's been a few times where I've had to leave my car unlocked, my keys in the ignition and unattended just so I could charge my phone.

. no electrical work done. had some subs, but unplugged them. the radio worked fine for awhile..

OH and today i just left the radio there after i took out the key and then it just turned off after a minute ( kinda like the headlights ). i think thats fine. its kinda weird, i'd just leave my car with the radio on and lock it. maybe it'll go away or something. hopefully it'll fix itself. but if you guys know the problem besides those who already posted or those of you who have this problem.. lemme know.
