Racing Chip

hey, do any of you have a racing chip in your cars? My friend has one in his 89' Porsche 911. I heard they do alot of stuff to your car (change spark plug rates or whatever, changes the redline, takes off the rev limiter) and improve the performance. Do any of you know about this kinda stuff? tell me.

also, dose anyone know if one is available for the cl-s?

There is a chip for the car... the only problem is it has to be soddered to the board. Ths means you have to send your computer in to have it done. Not really worth it for the 15 to 20 extra horsepower. Better off adding NOS

There is a chip available.. not sure if it's from JetChip (I think it is) or Superchip....

Anyway.. the 2 or 3 people who have had it done have not had success. Two reported zero gains... one actually lost power.

15-20hp... LOL.. not on a chip for this car
