Heading towards the on-ramp I see acura headlights behind me, get on I-35 (big tx interstate) and get some space between us, he catches up and we go from a roll, i'd say 55, pretty much had a 1.5 car lead until about 115 then I pulled hard on him. (headers/pullys/intake/exhaust), we pulled over into a dairyqueen and were bs'n for a while, he had 600 miles on her lol. what a way to break it in his whip was all stock, but damn nice.

hmm. sounds like someone let off- like the 08 tls, the driver factor is also a key in winning races. so..the 08 guy chickened out. but- not to demean the older acura with mods. hats off for embarrassing bigger money tls.

ok, thank you. you have just justified my race against a new TL-S. I was on 400 (smaller interstate - sort of) and a new TL-S came flying by, got a little past me, hit the brakes, got even with me, and you know.... did the whole punch it let off thing to let me know he wanted to race.

So I dropped it in third and pretty much walked on him nicely. I thought to myself either he couldnt drive and didnt downshift, or he really wasn't racing...

So thank you now I know I can outrun them
