quick tire answer needed.......
Ok I am either getting the Potenza S-03's or the Potenza RE730's in a week or so. Here is the deal though. I have about 2 years left on my lease. I want a tire that is going to last me 24 months. Will these make it? I drive less then 12k miles a year. Probably close to 10k a year.
I have heard great things about both tires. One is about $15 cheaper than the other. But I just want high performance and longevity so I don't have to get new tires again in this lease.

If your alignment is prefect…
If you drive like grandma…
If you keep the tire pressures at "perfect" pressures for wear…
If you rotate like crazy from front-to-rear-to-front, you could possibly get the mileage your looking for…
Perhaps, you will reach your target mileage…
< --- >
If I get about 15K out of a set of max-performance tires, I'm happy. My safety in the rain, freeway (wet and dry), and around town are more important that the long life that the stock OEM tires CAN give you...
IMO, your choices are sound (I like both tires), but you might want to also check out the Toyo T1S too...
