Re: Quick Header Torque Values???
From Header to engine? 23 lbf-ft
From Header to "A" pipe? 40 lbf-ft
From "A" pipe to cat? 25 lbf-ft
The Oxygen sensor is listed as 33 lbf-ft, but you can't really torque it without a special tool.

Thanks Shawn.
This is the wording on the FAQ
Header to manifold self-locking nuts: 23 lbf-ft
Exhaust Pipe A to Header self-locking nuts: 40 lbf-ft
Exhaust Pipe A to Exaust Pipe (that connects to cat) nuts: 25 lbf-ft
What you said is what I thought. Your wording is a little easier to understand.
