Questions about Comptech Sways and Springs on the CL-P
I'm thinking of getting Comptech Sways and Springs for my 01 CL-P.
I'd like to hear from others about their experiences with the CL-P.
Chod's FAQ mentions that the Comptech Springs with the stock shocks may be bouncy, is that true?
Do I need to get new shocks.
How will my ride be affected by the springs? Sways?
I'm wondering if I should just get the sways.
Thanks.

as far as CL suspension/handling upgrades, both components especially aftermarket ones are the same for both Type-S and standard
if you want my reaction from springs, well, shocks would definitely come in handy, as my friends TL-P thats dropped with shocks feels definitely more comfy than mine.. i just have sport springs, but no shocks.... and after riding in his car, i feel that i might just need them.
the ride (my ride, with springs only) is almost no difference on the freeway, but when ur hittin potholes and bumpy areas (speedbumps especially), u'll feel it be rougher.
its not bouncy, just a little bumpier on the areas of the road that are REALLY bad. cali has a lot of those. so i can tell the difference. if ur a moderate conservative driver (which i assume u are since u got a premium like myself, the feel for the need for shocks might not come until later if u feel that its bumpy to the point where you can't stand it.
