Question TL and CL -S Rims on 01-02 ....

are the same exact rim correct ?

Just wanted to make sure..... Never paid attention to the TLS

Nope..

TL-S is 17"x7"
CL-s is 17"x7.5"

Correction:

TL-S is 17"x6.5"
CL-S is 17"x7"

still different though, but they should be swappable.

Interchangeable, no problem. I have 03 TLS rims on my 03 CLS.
01-03 TLS rims look similar to the 01-02 CLS rims but they don't scratch as easily. I didn't like the 03 CLS painted rims so I replaced them with the polished TLS rims. They're all compatible and all came with the same stock tires.
