it allllll depends my friend...
theres a SHIT load of topics you can look up under the search button to get a lot more info...as I'm too lazy and tired to do that for you...but I'll give you a LITTLE insight...however my answer will be biased.
I got the Comptech Icebox for a few reasons:
Looks almost stock
Don't have to worry about sucking water into your engine
Isn't extremely loud like the AEM when flooring it
Gives a nice solid tone throughout the powerband
It says Comptech
And lastly, it supposedly get 2whp more than all the others
Now, many will vouch for the Comptech Icebox as well...however, MANY board members have gone w/ the AEM CAI and love it because it is a hell of a lot louder than the CT and it shows the 'bling' under the hood, if you're into that kind of thing. There's also the Injen CAI, and a couple others...but yeah. Do some search, and welcome to the boards!

I think Dem1K sums it up pretty well. I don't even have an acura right now, but I have buddy's here who do. The icebox is definitely quieter than the AEM. Personally I like the engine sound with the AEM, but it's not subtle. By design, since the CT is heatshielded, you would think it makes more power, but power differences have to be minimal considering how little hp you gain compared to what the car already makes. Then there is the look. CT is stealth, the AEM is not. So in the end, do you want quiet/stealthy or loud/showy? In any case, routing as much incoming cool air to the intake will give you the most benefit.
