Question Need Help

This is has nothing to do with my CL.. But i have a quick question and i apreciate ur time. About six months ago I purchased a ATV (quad) the bike was 5800 i put 4000 grand down and financed the rest, but i'm about to go away to school and i need the sell the bike ASAP.. I NEED MONEY.. I still owe like a 1000 can i still sell the ATV and once i get the money for the quad just pay the loan off.. Or do i need to pay it off before i sell the QUAD!! In order to have a clear title.. I'm not sure what to do but i need the money quick..

if its like a car loan, the person has to pay the bank. and then the bank will cut you a check for the residual. you dont really own the bike, the bank does. the bank will have to give him the title, not you. of course i may be wrong, but this is the scenario that i have had to go through........

It will be much easier to sell with a clear title. Most banks store your title in a far-away location, and it can take two weeks or more to get.
