question bout aem intake for cl-p
I have a problem with my aem cai for my cl-p. Its a two piece set and i got the bypass valve with it. I thought to my self how is the second piece going to be supported?? I went along and installed the bypass valve and the second piece. The second piece had no support. It was just hanging from the first piece. Two days later, i noticed that the second piece was comming off and the bypass valve was loose. The whole thing was loose! i tried to attach it back but the bypass valve was shifting and felt broken. Does anyone know if my bypass valve is messed up?? and does anyone know a way to support my second piece?? thankss everyonee..i may ask more questions later..pics would help too

well, this is wat i did.... drill a tiny hole, then zip tie it... Mine was secure very good, even i take the bypass valve off, the secondary still hanging there, so i think zip-tie is ur best bet... I was having the same problems too, secondary kept moving, and it get loose... after i zip tie it, it had been 3 months now, still safely secure. Hope this will help.
