Acura can not void your transmission warrantly because you put wheels on your car. Seriously, I keep hearing so many stories how dealerships try and fock their customers by saying their warranties are void....
Put it this way... A dealership cant say BAM! your warranty is void. They can not do that. Check out the Magnuson Moss Act. SEMA has this information on their web site.
The law stands behind the customer when it comes to new car warranties. The only way they can say your transmission has a voided warranty is if something goes wrong with the transmission and then they have undeniable proof that the transmission was destroyed due to an aftermarket part.
Never let your dealerships push you around. So many times they think the customer is just plain stupid and it angers me sometimes. If they insist on not recognizing your factory (remember they are just a dealership) you need to contact legal representation. It will take as little as a bark letter from a lawyer and the dealership will apologize so quickly that hell they may give you a complementary extended warranty![Smile](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Good luck and dont let the dealers screw with you
