Any idea how much a car battery will run me? I can't find prices anywhere. Thanks a lot guys

About $50 from an autoparts store. No need to shop online you can get good batteries anywhere WalMart, Sears, AutoZone, PepBoys, NTB, etc.

depends how good of one you want to get.. it ranges from about 50 or so to 100+.. check pep boys, autozone and such as speedyv6 stated
