We are "Near Luxury . . . Near Sports Sedans: :P and my best stock auto time for a TLS was 14.65 . . . so with mods low and even high 13s are do able.
And for those that don't know, a car running in the 14's is faster than most folks realize. Many of the muscle cars actually rans 14s. The fastest we in the 13s and there were just a handful of them. Those that claimed there were faster were only with mods.
