That looks pretty f*cking small! More than 10psi? You are totally gonna over-spin this blower. Max speed is what like 16,000 rpms?

How much boost are you guys going to push?!? There is a point where the disastrous cylinder pressures will start busting rods! These motors are strong and dependable, but they are still using cast internals....

I am happy with my 6psi

Well it was my understanding that the blower reaches max efficiency at 10psi and there already is a 10psi pulley in production so I don't really know why a smaller pulley is needed unless you increase the displacement of the blower. I guess we'll find out

Just a little more than Scalbert set up!. Just want to be a little different from others with Scalbert I/C, I think my 3.5L can take a little more psi.

aaa ha... 3.5 is the key.. but like steve said, the blower will max out at 10 psi.

Won't the larger displacement max out the blower sooner?

The 3.5 will probably require even more air at 10psi...

In any case, the current 3.5 setup has some wierd rod-ratios, so even more stress on the rods!

And this relatively small blower isn't capable of feeding that much air. Maybe, I guess we will soon find out...

Power with FI is all about air-flow. Take my first kit vs. second kit. Same boost-level... different turbo and different manifold design... 74whp more!

I know it is all about air flow, the quicker you can get air in and out of your engine the more HP you get. It is hard for me to understand why you got 100 HP more at the crank with the same set up! That is assuming both car have the same intercooler, piping, down pipe and exhaust. Am I assuming too much? The only thing I can think of is, your valves were very loose and not letting enough air in the cylinder or your exhaust got plugged! I don't think a turbo is going to make that much different, if you get 6psi you got 6psi. I know different turbo spools up differently some quicker than others. Manifold... can you get 100 HP just on manifold design?
