Problem With Idle after Tune Up
Okay Guys & Gals
I recently finished doing somewhat of a moderate tune up to my CT SC Cl-S 6spd w 92k on the clock. I changed out plugs, coil packs, IACV w/gasket, EGR valve w/gasket, oil change/filter, cleaned CT air filter and re-oiled, cleaned TB, changed wipers and got new battery. I have connected all sensors back, SC pulley tension is corrrect and IMRC/Actuator is working correctly. For some reason I now getting the up and down idling and my code machine is telling me that is IACV. I even refilled some of the coolant that spilled when removing the TB and the old IACV and open up the AC system to heat cycle to remove any possible air pockets
How in the world can it be the IACV when its brand new? Any ideas? Please help
Thanks

Street had an issue when he installed his s/c. He accidentally switched the TPS and MAF sensors when doing the install and he had idling issues. Check those out?? I have my blower off right now and made sure to label them, lol.

Okay
I went back to the car and check connections and the plug for the IACV was not completely in/locked on to the sensor. Also I forgot to connect back one of the small vacuum hoses, it was completely off the rear valve cover. The CEL is off and the car is a monster now and running like a Freight Train - Pulling Hard. No bucking or up and down idling. Thanks a lot for the help. I cant belief what a difference the new plugs and coils have done for the car. I will post pics of the plugs I pulled so you can see the tips wear @78k miles of SC.
