Pricing on Toyo Proxes T1-S's

Is $150/tire plus $50 to mount and balance all four a good price on Toyo's? I've been looking on the different tire sites and I can't find prices for the Toyo's.

What size?

The price I was quoted for a 215/50/17 in Toyo T1-S was $165 per tire.

$9/tire mount and balance

Ahhh good point!

The tires are 225/45/17.

just got quoted $640.59 for all 4 tires/ mount/ balance/ and warranty for 235/45/17

Are you guys just gettin these prices from local shops? A friend of mine and I went to Discount Tire and just got T1-Ss for our respective cars.

He got 245/45/17s for $190 each + balance, stems, etc
I gots 195/55/14s for $105 each + yadda yadda

They rule...

yup....I called the Discount Tire in Houston on T.C. Jester...spoke with a guy named Alex...$120 per tire

Where I live no local stores have this tire. I just got some put on, Tire Kingdom was the only Toyo dealer in my area. I had to go to them, & they charged me like $160 a tire, with tax & everything my 235-45-17's were $755 that's with 6% tax.
