im not too sure about this but dont the accord and CL have somewhat the same engine parts and what not ...i cant put down what i mean but check this i wrote to jackson racing about a supercharger and this is what i wrote

To whom it may concern,I would like to know if you are in the process of developing a supercharger for the Accord V6, CL, and TL. Thank you for your time.

Accord V6 ? - Yes , we are going ahead with the production of that kit. CL & TL ? WE do not plan to produce a charger for these applications, but IF , for some reason , the Accord charger kit happens to be ' retrofitable ' to either application, then kudo's to us - eh ? KT

Yes and it coul fit, but the Type-S has a VSA control and need that to be in SC version.. So CLS and Accord vary slightly.

If it will bolt on to the Accord, it should bolt on to the CL-P and the TL-P. I am not 100% sure. Maybe 4pumped can put his in for "testing" once he gets it back with the new tranny!

Why would VSA matter? I see no reason why it wouldnt fit with a little shimmying.
