OK but when will we know definately that they are killing off the CLS in '04?
All I've been hearing are rumors. Or are those rumors actuall facts?

I don't see the 3.5 as being an option, per se.
Assuming they are keeping the CL, they will likely either stick with the 3.2CL or go to the 3.5CL, not both.

The 3.2 is a great engine and more hp can be gotten from it. Look at the NSX...that's a 3.2. If the CL is continuted for '04 and I think it will because the tooling is probably paid for, you might see a slight increase off the 3.2. They might save the 3.5 for a different upcoming model.

i dont see the 3.5 happening unless they are going to beef up the hp. but then they would need to give the cl a RWD so i guess that wont happen anytime soon

HAAAAA . FK the 3.5L conversion that some people are going for. I'll wait for the 3.8 conversion along with the CT SC .
But where did u hear that the MDX is gonna get a bump up?

Well, seeing as how the new 03 Accords came out, I'd say its a safe assumption that the new CL's might go the same path...
What I mean is, that Acura just might keep the J32A block and up the HP through different means other than displacement. The Accords kept the J30 and pumped out 40 more horses. So imaging what Honda could do to the CL, when it has .2 more liters, dual stage intake manifold and a 6 speed....
But thats all my theory on it..
