Since the majority of posts about dealers focus on what they didn't do I figured I would give Chris in the service dept props for the very postive experience I had yesterday.

Went in for tranny fluid change, oil change, and to have my drivers side seat back reattached.

Car was in and out quick just as promised.

And even though the car has 45k on it and the front brake pads are almost all gone, they were insistent on replacing them with new ones and turning my rotors (even though I told them I rag on my car and it was my fault)

This is the kind of service I was expecting when I bought my Acura.
