Pontiac car brake help

Yeah it's not an Acura but it's pissing me off. My mom's 94 Sunbird. Just had all the breaks done, new everything. Also wheel cylinders. Ever since when the car sits, the first step on the brake pedal makes a clunk noise in the rear passanger side. It's been back to the shop 3 times, & they say it's normal. Never did it before. They adjusted the paking brake, they looked everything over. It has drums in the rear. They can't seem to find anything that looks wrong. Yet the noise is there, & it goes away after the car is warmed, up, or the brakes are used.

Any idea's?
I'm sick of hearing my mom complain of it.

I learned how to drive on my Aunt's 97 Bonneville and it had the same problem. She took it in all the time but they were like we dont detect this noise, or it is normal. The level of service at american car dealers is sickening, even at Cadillac they treat you like shit. Sorry, had to vent a little, try taking it to a different dealer, or a shop that specializes in breaks. Also, does this happen if you park the car and dont use the parking break. If so have them look at the parking break.
