I paid $22500 minus tradein plus tax for mine back in March.
Yo, ridinlow. What do you have done to the scoobie?

215/45 17 Kumho 712's on 17x7 OZ Superleggeras (summer)
205/55 16 Michelin Arctic Alpin on stock rims (winter)

Painted headlight mod
Foglight mod
PIAA Ion Crystals in the fogs
Dawes Devices manual boost controller
Field Simple Fuel Controller
Autometer 2 5/8" boost gauge
Autometer 2 5/8" EGT gauge
Removed intake silencer
K&N drop in
Kartboy short shifter & bushing
cheapo amp, sub
M2 SS 3" turboback with 1 high flow cat (to be installed sometime this week)

You're going to notice a big difference once you put the turboback exhaust on.

I had to make a new post cuz of the stupid 5 min. edit limit

Ya, this car has definitely become a money pit. I've spent way too much in the 2 months that I've had it.

The exhaust brings out the beautiful boxer burble. The m2 exhaust is a nice unit.

Yeah, I've been in other WRXs with the M2. The finish inside the downpipe leaves much to be desired, but it's nothing I can't fix with a dremel and some patience. I bought it used off a local iClubber for $700. He had it on his car for a month until he bought the BPM Twister. That exhaust is sick, it's about twice as loud as the M2! And you see neat little spirals shooting out of the exhaust when the car is cold.

Why are we talking about this here instead of at the iClub?

Oh, and nice Avatar, hehe.

Nice! I can't wait for affordable aftermarket shocks (or let alone any aftermarket shocks!) for the WRX. So much body roll...

Hey, you're right, the exhaust rocks! It's much quieter than I would've liked, but it's deep & sounds great, especially when you get on the gas!

Ya, turbo back exhaust makes a noticeable difference. I noticed a substantial difference in spool up when we slapped my exhaust on.

It's all good, different strokes for different folks.
