Pics of my new MOD :)
My new avh-p5700 6.5 pioneer installed today
Know i got to sit around and figure this monster out
. I'm also getting A.V. jacks installed in that opening so I can plug my ps2 there when i make TRIPS. Im still trying to figure out the remote so i dont have to have all those damn finger prints

the avh-p5700dvd doesn't come with a controller, i'm assuming you just bought one and hoped it worked with it?!
nice thing about this deck is that it doesn't have a brain, so it installs just like a deck, downside is that you cannot watch video while driving, its not the simple ground out green wire anymore with these, you have to go ebrake up, down, up and then press ok. You have to use a TR-7 now to bypass it.

This particular model I had to install a switch to watch movies while driving so its not that big of a deal. They do offer a remote it just isnt out yet CD-R5. i have the CD-r11 Remote
Yes u can get NAVi put not sure how much.
Its not so bad with the AC controls because i can still adjust the temp. Just the off button is the only thing that is hidden that i USE

sweet man thanks i still need to get this remote that is meant for my unit its Part # cd-r5. I have the cd-r11 but it doesnt do all my functions. if u can get it i would be much appreciative
